Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit card, Klarna, PayPal, debit card and other common online payment options. ( see the payment options at the bottom of our webshop).

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. As long as the order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location. In the Netherlands shipping costs are €4,95 for a package up till 499 grams. Throughout Europe the shipping costs are €6,95 for the same size package. Delivery times vary depending on the day you have ordered. Normally in the Netherlands it will take 3-5 working days to manufacture your garment and another 1-2 working days for shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship throughout the EU.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Product & Quality

What materials do you use?
All our garments are made from 100% organic cotton. Sometimes a garment may also include a small percentage of recycled polyester. This is always mentioned in the product page.

How should I wash my clothing?
Wash at a maximum of 30°C, inside out, and do not tumble dry.

How does the sizing run?
Please refer to our size charts on the product page for the best fit. 

What is the difference between the backprint and chestprint?
The backprint (rugprint) features the design on the back, while the chestprint (borstprint) features it on the chest.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unworn and unwashed.

How do I start a return?
Send us an email to hello@malermo.nl with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service will aim to respond and help you within 2 working days.

Sustainability & Brand

Are your products sustainable?
Yes, we exclusively use 100% GOTS certified organic cotton and recycled polyester. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is at the heart of everything we do. Our production is 100 % fairtrade, ethical and sustainable. Cotton waste is also reintegrated in our production.

Where are the products made?
Our products are produced through sustainable partners who guaranty fairtrade.
